Recommended use

Vitamin B12: Take 2 drops per day. 1 drop contains 200 μg of Vitamin B12.
Vitamin D3: Take 1 drop every five days during meal time (max. daily dosage). 1 drop contains 125 μg (5000 I. U.) Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol). This is equivalent to 2500% of recommended daily allowance according to EU-Regulation of Nutriution Information.
Vitamin K2: Take 4 drops undiluted a day. 1 drop contains 20 µg of Vitamin K2.
The German Nutrition Society (DGE) only gives an estimation of “adequate intake” of vitamin K. It is 80 µg per day for men over 50. However, a higher dosage also makes sense to prevent osteoporosis or cardiovascular disease. We therefore recommend a daily intake of 200 µg of vitamin K2.

Mandatory notice
