Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, as well as normal muscle function. It plays a role in cell division and supports the normal function of the immune system. It also contributes to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus, as well as to the regulation of normal calcium levels in the blood.*

According to the latest findings, vitamin D should always be taken in combination with vitamin K2 to prevent deposits.

Vitamin K is a fat-soluble vitamin that contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones. The MK-7 All-Trans form is the most bioavailable form of vitamin K2 and can be optimally absorbed by the body. It is derived from natto (fermented soybeans) and is therefore 100% vegan.

Important: Vitamin K supplements should not be used by people taking anticoagulant medications from the vitamin K antagonist group.

Magnesium contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and muscles. It plays a role in cell division and supports normal protein synthesis and electrolyte balance. Magnesium also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.*

Recommended intake

Vitamin D3: Take 1 drop every 5 days with a meal. 1 drop contains 125 μg (5000 IU) vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). This corresponds to 2500% of the recommended daily intake according to the EU Food Information Regulation.

Vitamin K2: Take 4 drops daily undiluted. 1 drop contains 20 μg vitamin K2. Recommended daily intake: The German Nutrition Society (DGE) only provides estimates for an "adequate intake" of vitamin K. For men over 50, this is 80 μg per day. However, a higher dosage may be useful for the prevention of osteoporosis.

Magnesium Citrate Powder Vital: Consume 1 scoop of magnesium citrate (approx. 5 g) dissolved in water or fruit juice daily.
