Facts about black seed oil

Black seed oil is extracted from the seeds of the plant Nigella sativa, which is cultivated primarily in Egypt under strict conditions. The gentle cold-pressing process preserves valuable ingredients such as linoleic acid (omega-6) and thymoquinone.

Omega-6 fatty acids are among the essential fatty acids that the body cannot produce itself. They must be ingested through food and are found in nuts, seeds, and vegetable oils, among other sources.

Thymoquinone, a natural component of black seed oil, is being scientifically researched as a promising active ingredient. Studies indicate potential benefits, but further research is needed.

Recommended Use for Black Seed Oil Capsules
