How do I use squalane oil for hair?

Squalane oil is a moisturizing oil that can be used for hair care. Here are the steps for applying squalane oil to hair:

1. Wash hair thoroughly and dry it slightly, leaving it slightly damp.
2. Place a few drops of squalane oil into the palm of your hand. The amount required depends on the length and thickness of your hair.
3. Rub your palms together to distribute the oil evenly.
4. Gently massage the oil into your hair, starting at the ends and slowly working your way up to the scalp.
5. If necessary, use a comb or brush to distribute the oil throughout your hair and ensure it is applied evenly.
6. Leave the oil in your hair for at least 30 minutes—ideally overnight.
7. Wash the oil out of your hair thoroughly by shampooing and rinsing as usual.

Note: You can use squalane oil once a week as an intensive moisturizing treatment or daily as a leave-in conditioner. However, if you have fine hair, you should use it sparingly, as it can weigh your hair down.
