The optimal application

• Wash your hands before applying to the nipples.
• Warm a pea-sized amount of Purelan between your fingertips.
• Apply Purelan to the entire nipple area after each breastfeeding.
• Any residue does not need to be removed before breastfeeding.
• For use on lips and dry skin, apply as often as needed to the previously cleansed affected area.
