The optimal application

Application of almond oil

The pure almond oil is applied thinly several times a day (at least twice) and gently massaged in. The recommended treatment duration for stretch marks is 1-2 months before birth until they disappear. Midwives recommend using pure almond oil to care for delicate baby skin from day one.

Application of biotin complex with zinc & Selenium

The Biotin Complex with Zinc & Selenium is the ideal supplement for skin regeneration and healthy hair! Please take one tablet daily with some liquid.

Using Angelica Balm

Simply rub the outer nostrils lightly twice a day.

Tip: Midwives recommend Angelica Balm for the care of runny noses from the third month of life.

How to use medela Purelan™ 100 Nipple Ointment

• Wash your hands before applying to the nipples.
• Warm a pea-sized amount of Purelan between your fingertips.
• Apply Purelan to the entire nipple area after each breastfeeding.
• Any residue does not need to be removed before breastfeeding.
• For use on lips and dry skin, apply to the previously cleansed affected area as often as needed.
