Magnesium oil is a new, innovative preparation of magnesium for external applications, and can be applied directly or sprayed on skin.
Using a spray bottle, apply 5 to 20 pumps of magnesium oil on arms, legs or abdomen then massage gently (skincare). Leave the fluid on body 15-20 minutes for absorption and rinse the applied area afterwards when necessary. Each milliliter of magnesium oil contains about 103mg elementary magnesium.
