Zechstein Magnesiumchlorid stammt aus einem natürlichen, uralten Meeresvorkommen, das vor Verschmutzungen geschützt ist. Es wird als besonders rein und wirksam angesehen, verglichen mit synthetisch hergestellten oder oberirdisch gewonnenen Magnesiumchloriden.

Wie hoch ist der Magnesium-Gehalt?

100 Gramm Magnesiumchlorid-Hexahydrat enthalten ungefähr 12 Gramm reines Magnesium. Pro Bad wendet man ca. 300 g Vitalbad an. Da heißt, man badet in der 90-fachen der empfohlenen Tagesdosis bei oraler Einnahme (400 mg).

Was macht das Zechstein Magnesiumchlorid Bad so besonders?
