The crystal-like flakes come from a pristine magnesium source that is around 250 million years old – deep within the Zechstein Sea basin. The bath offers a soothing way to care for the body, relax, and take a little break.
Whether as a foot bath or a full bath – the vital bath provides a pleasant skin sensation and supports well-being in a natural way. It dissolves completely in warm water and is excellent as part of a regular care routine.
For a full bath, dissolve about 500 g of magnesium chloride flakes in warm water. For a foot bath, 150–250 g is sufficient. The water should have a pleasant temperature. After the bath, gently dry the skin and, if desired, care for it with Casida magnesium oil or magnesium cream.
