Original, natural and pure Zechstein magnesium bath
The magnesium chloride from naturally formed Zechstein mineral is named after its ancient and pristine source, the ancient Zechstein Sea, a geological formation in Northern Europe during the Late Permian Era. For 250 million years, the Original Zechstein magnesium salt has been preserved deep in the immaculate Zechstein Seabed 1600-2000 meters beneath Earth’s crust. The extraction of Original Zechstein magnesium chloride, from the purest and most pristine natural magnesium chloride source in the world, became possible in the Netherlands since 1982.
The optimal application
Body Bath
For a body bath, pour 2 cups of magnesium chloride bath salt in bathing water, and take a bath for about 20-30 minutes. Bath 2-3 times a week.
Foot Bath
Dissolve 3 full tablespoons of magnesium chloride bath salt in 4-5 liter water for foot bath.

Want to prepare your own magnesium oil?
For a 31% magnesium oil solution, simply dissolve 31g Magnesium Chloride Vital Bath in 100ml water. Stir well to ensure the magnesium flakes fully dissolved in water.
Fill the solution into a spray bottle for easy application as magnesium oil spray.
