The unique blend of magnesium-rich Epsom salts and natural eucalyptus and rosemary oils has a strengthening, stimulating, and invigorating effect on the body.
The bath salts are free of foaming surfactants and synthetic emulsifiers that could dry out or irritate the skin.
Optimal use of Epsom Salt Bath:
Full bath: For a full bath: Add two cups of Epsom Salt Bath to the bathwater. Take a full bath for 20 to 30 minutes 2 to 3 times a week.
Foot bath: Add 3 heaped tablespoons of bath salt to the foot bath.
