Myrtle (Myrtus communis) is an evergreen shrub from the myrtle family, characterized by its glossy leaves and delicate white flowers. The essential oil extracted from the leaves imparts a fresh, slightly spicy scent to skincare products and can be easily incorporated into emulsions and balms. Myrtle oil contributes to a pleasant sensory experience and blends particularly well with other plant oils in gentle skincare formulas. Angelica Root Angelica Root Angelica Root (also known as angelica) is a classically used plant from the Umbelliferae family. It has been valued in European herbal traditions for centuries. The name angelica derives from an ancient legend according to which the Archangel Raphael brought the root to earth. In the Middle Ages, it was often traded as a protective herb. Angelica root is traditionally used in herbal teas and spice blends. Its nutty, spicy note makes it popular in aromatic recipes.
