What makes bitter drops so valuable?
Although the importance of bitter substances has been known for many centuries, their health-promoting effects have unfortunately been somewhat forgotten today. Abbess Hildegard von Bingen (1098–1179) already used bitter substances to improve well-being by naturally stimulating and regulating digestion.
Bitter herbs are said to activate the digestive glands such as the liver, gall bladder, and pancreas and stimulate the intestines. Bile consists largely of cholesterol and lipids (fats). The more bile produced, the more fats can be mobilized in the tissue. Furthermore, the bitter taste adjusts our sense of taste, which is often too sweet, and thus curbs cravings for sweets.Recommended Use
Dissolve 25 drops on your tongue three times daily before or after meals and swallow. Shake before use.
Tip: Start with half the dose and increase slowly.
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a healthy, varied, and balanced diet.
