Smoothies with Collagen
Variant 1: Raspberry Smoothie 
Ingredients:
- 200 g of frozen raspberries
- 250 ml of milk
- 2 tbsp collagen powder
Preparation:
- Let 200 g of frozen raspberries thaw slightly.
- Mix 250 ml of milk and 2 tablespoons of collagen in a blender for about 30 seconds.
- Add raspberries and blend for about 30 seconds.
- With a relatively short thawing time for the raspberries, a kind of ice cream or milkshake is created – especially suitable for ice cream and milkshake lovers.
- Done!
The fruity raspberry smoothie is perfect for cooling off on hot summer days and tastes very delicious!
Variant 2: Chocolate Smoothie 
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of coconut milk or another nut milk
- A frozen banana
- A few tablespoons of almond paste
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- At least 2 tbsp collagen powder
Preparation:
- Mix two cups of coconut milk or another nut milk with at least 2 tablespoons of collagen powder in a blender
- Add a frozen banana, a few tablespoons of almond butter, and a quarter cup of cocoa powder and blend for 30 seconds.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with chocolate shavings
- Now the sweet and creamy chocolate smoothie is ready!

Soup with Collagen
Nutty Cabbage Fennel Soup
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Servings: 4-5 servings
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 fennel bulb
- 1 shallot, diced
- 1 pound cabbage, cored
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup chopped Brazil nuts
- ½ tbsp creamy Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp collagen powder
- 1 pinch of garlic powder
- 2 ½ cups of broth
Preparation:
- To prepare the nutty cabbage-fennel soup, first heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pot over medium heat and stir in fennel and shallot. Sauté for 5 minutes until the vegetables are slightly soft.
- Then add half of the cabbage and the salt. After another 2 minutes of cooking time, mix in the remaining tablespoon of olive oil, cabbage, and half a cup of Brazil nuts.
- Let it cook for another 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring until the vegetables show a slight browning.
- Now add Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and 2 ½ cups of broth. Cover and let simmer over medium heat.
- Stir two tablespoons of collagen powder and ¼ teaspoon of black pepper in a blender with ½ cup of cold water.
- Add the collagen mixture to the soup and blend it smooth with an immersion blender.
- If necessary, up to half a cup of broth can now be added to achieve the desired consistency.
- The nutty cabbage-fennel soup is ready!
This cabbage-fennel soup with collagen is not only light, nutty, and delicious in flavor but also an effective source of protein.
Anti-inflammatory turmeric collagen detox tea
Preparation time: 7 minutes
Cooking time: 3 minutes
Servings: 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of peppermint tea
- 1 bag of chamomile tea
- a small piece of fresh ginger
- 1 ½ cups of boiling water
- 1 tablespoon of coconut cream (or coconut milk)
- 1 teaspoon of Daily Turmeric Tonic
- 1 tbsp collagen powder
- ½ teaspoon of raw honey (optional)
Preparation:
- Stir one bag of peppermint tea and chamomile tea with 1 ½ cups of water along with the ginger in a large mug and let steep for about 3 minutes.
- Now add one tablespoon of coconut cream or coconut milk, one teaspoon of Daily Turmeric Tonic, and one tablespoon of collagen powder and mix well.
- If needed, you can add ½ teaspoon of raw honey to achieve the desired sweetness.
- Done!

Cocktail with Collagen
Virgin Colada
Ingredients:
- 25 ml whipped cream
- 50 ml coconut milk
- 150 ml pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 slices of pineapple
- 2 cocktail cherries
- 1 tbsp collagen powder
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- Ice cubes
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Servings: 2 servings
Preparation:
- Mix one tablespoon of collagen powder with 150 ml of pineapple juice in the shaker.
- Now add 50 ml of coconut milk, 25 ml of whipped cream, and one tablespoon of sugar, and shake well.
- Add ice cubes to the glasses and pour the cocktail over them.
- Lightly cut the pineapple slices and stick them on the rim of the glass.
- Optionally, cut the pineapple and skewer it together with a cherry on a skewer.
- Garnish the cocktail with 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes.
- Done!
