Smoothies with collagen

Ingredients:
- 200 g frozen raspberries
- 250 ml milk
- 2 tbsp collagen powder
- Defrost 200 g frozen raspberries slightly
- Blend 250 ml of milk and 2 tablespoons of collagen in a blender for approx. 30 seconds.
- Add the raspberries and blend for approx. 30 seconds.
- If the raspberries are defrosted for a relatively short time, the result is a kind of ice cream or milkshake - particularly suitable for ice cream and milkshake lovers.
- Done!

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of coconut milk or another nut milk
- One frozen banana
- A few tablespoons of almond butter
- ¼ cup of cocoa powder
- At least 2 tablespoons of collagen powder
- Mix two cups of coconut milk or another nut milk with at least 2 tablespoons of collagen powder in a blender
- Add a frozen banana, a few tablespoons of almond butter and a quarter cup of cocoa powder and blend for 30 seconds.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with chocolate shavings
- Now the sweet and creamy chocolate smoothie is ready!
Soup with collagen
Nutty cabbage and fennel soup

- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 fennel bulb
- 1 shallot, diced
- 1 pound cabbage, cored
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup chopped Brazil nuts
- ½ tbsp creamy Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp collagen powder
- 1 pinch of garlic powder
- 2 ½ cups of stock
- To prepare the nutty cabbage and fennel soup, first heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a saucepan over a medium heat and stir in the fennel and shallot. Sauté for 5 minutes until the vegetables have softened slightly.
- Then add half of the cabbage and salt. After another 2 minutes of cooking, stir in the remaining tablespoon of olive oil, cabbage and half a cup of Brazil nuts.
- Cook for a further 10 minutes on a medium heat and continue stirring until the vegetables are lightly browned.
- Now add the Dijon mustard, garlic powder and 2 ½ cups of stock. Cover and simmer over a medium heat.
- Blend two tablespoons of collagen powder and ¼ teaspoon of black pepper in a blender with ½ cup of cold water
- Add the collagen mixture to the soup and blend with a hand blender until smooth
- If necessary, add up to half a cup of stock to achieve the desired consistency.
- The nutty cabbage and fennel soup is ready!
In addition to its light, nutty and delicious taste, this cabbage and fennel soup with collagen is also an effective source of protein.
Anti-inflammatory turmeric collagen detox tea

- 1 bag of peppermint tea
- 1 bag of chamomile tea
- a small piece of fresh ginger
- 1 ½ cups of boiling water
- 1 tbsp coconut cream (or coconut milk)
- 1 tsp daily turmeric tonic
- 1 tbsp collagen powder
- ½ teaspoon raw honey (optional)
- Mix one bag each of peppermint tea and chamomile tea with 1 ½ cups of water together with the ginger in a large mug and leave to infuse for about 3 minutes.
- Now add a tablespoon of coconut cream or coconut milk, a teaspoon of Daily Turmeric Tonic and a tablespoon of collagen powder and mix well.
- If required, add ½ teaspoon of raw honey to achieve the desired sweetness.
- And that's it!
Cocktail with collagen
Virgin Colada

- 25 ml whipped cream
- 50 ml coconut milk
- 150 ml pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 slices of pineapple
- 2 cocktail cherries
- 1 tbsp collagen powder
- 1 tbsp grated coconut
- ice cubes
- Mix one tablespoon of collagen powder with 150 ml of pineapple juice in a shaker.
- Now add 50 ml coconut milk, 25 ml whipped cream and a tablespoon of sugar and shake well
- Add ice cubes to the glasses and pour the cocktail over them
- Cut the pineapple slices and cocktail cherries slightly and place on the rim of the glass.
- Optionally, cut up the pineapple and skewer together with a cherry on a shashlik skewer
- Garnish the cocktail with 1 tablespoon of grated coconut.
- Done!
This fruity virgin colada is the perfect long drink for hot summer days and offers a good alternative to alcoholic cocktails.
