Original natural Zechstein magnesium

Application

Magnesium chloride vital bath

Full bath: For a magnesium bath, add 2 cups of the magnesium flakes to the bath water. Bathe 2-3 times a week for around 20-30 minutes. Foot bath: For a foot bath, add 3 heaped tablespoons to 4-5 liters of water.

Magnesium Gel

It is used externally, directly on the skin. It is ideal for cupping and massages to relax muscles, especially on the back and calves. Tip: If you wish, store the magnesium gel in the refrigerator and also benefit from the cooling effect as a cooling gel.

Magnesium Cream Lotion

Apply to appropriate areas of the body as needed and massage in gently. The cream lotion is ideal for daily use.

Magnesium oil vital spray

Spray 5 to 20 sprays daily onto the arms, legs and stomach, massage in and allow to absorb for at least 15-20 minutes. Afterwards it can be rinsed off if necessary.
