Magnesium Chloride Vital Bath
Full Bath: For a magnesium bath, add 2 cups of magnesium flakes to the bathwater. Bathe 2-3 times a week for approximately 20-30 minutes.
Foot Bath: For a foot bath, add 3 heaped tablespoons to 4-5 liters of water.

Magnesium Gel
For external application, directly on the skin. It is ideal for cupping and massages for muscle relaxation, especially on the back and calves. Tip: Store the magnesium gel in the refrigerator if desired and benefit from its cooling effect as a cooling gel.

Magnesium Cream Lotion
