Magnesium spielt eine Rolle bei der Aktivierung von Vitamin D. Deshalb sollte bei der Einnahme von Vitamin D immer ausreichend Magnesium zur Verfügung stehen.

Wichtiger Hinweis:

Die Einnahme von Vitamin D3 sollte - sofern keine Kontraindikationen vorliegen - durch die Einnahme von Vitamin K2 ergänzt werden.
Bei der Einnahme von Gerinnungshemmern aus der Gruppe der Vitamin K-Antagonisten (Marcumar, Fakithrom) ist die Gabe von Vit. K mit dem Arzt abzustimmen.
