The Magnesium Oil Vital Spray from Casida is a solution of 31% Zechstein magnesium chloride dissolved in water. Due to the high concentration, the magnesium oil spray feels oily, but it is not an oil in the true sense. It contains around 103 mg of elemental magnesium per milliliter.

The optimal application

Apply 5 to 20 sprays daily to the arms, legs and stomach. Gently massage the magnesium oil in and let it absorb for at least 15-20 minutes. Afterwards it can be rinsed off if necessary. Tip: When the magnesium oil has dried, a thin layer of salt may remain on the skin, which can be rinsed off after about 20 minutes.

The optimal use

Magnesium oil is extremely suitable for massages and especially sports massages. Relax at a high level and actively regenerate. Avoid contact with open wounds, mouth and eyes!
