Here is a quick guide on how to make your own Bulletproof Coffee with coconut oil:

Ingredients:

• 1 cup freshly brewed coffee
• 1 tablespoon unsalted grass-fed butter
• 1 tablespoon coconut oil (MCT oil)

Preparation:
