Royal jelly, known as the food of the queen bee, nourishes and cares for the skin, helping to maintain the elasticity of delicate skin and smooth wrinkles. Manuka honey soothes the skin and provides it with long-lasting moisture. The base of shea butter, jojoba oil, wool wax, and beeswax gives the lip balm its nourishing and regenerating properties. Ideal for dry, rough, chapped skin and chapped lips. What does royal jelly do?
Royal jelly is a special food produced by bees, which is used to feed a selected bee larva, which then develops into the queen. This queen receives this "superfood" throughout her life and lives significantly longer than other bees that are not raised on royal jelly.
Royal jelly is rich in nutrients such as B vitamins, minerals, trace elements, proteins, enzymes, and valuable fatty acids.
Why is Manuka honey included in the lip balm?
In naturopathy, honey is considered an effective protective shield against external influences and is said to contribute to maintaining healthy skin.
It intensively supplies the skin with nutrients and moisture and keeps lips soft and smooth.
What effect does zinc have?
Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and protects cells from oxidative stress.
Zinc oxide is a mineral UV filter that protects against both UVA and Protects against UVB radiation – thus counteracting premature skin aging.
