Casida's Magnesium Oil Vital Spray is a solution of 31% Zechstein magnesium chloride dissolved in water. Due to its high concentration, the magnesium oil spray feels oily, but it is not an oil in the true sense of the word. It contains around 103 mg of elemental magnesium per milliliter.

Application Magnesium Oil Vital Spray

Apply 5 to 20 sprays daily to your arms, legs, and stomach. Gently massage the magnesium oil in and allow it to absorb for at least 15-20 minutes. It can then be rinsed off if necessary.

Consume 1 scoop of magnesium citrate (approx. 5 g) dissolved in water or fruit juice daily.

Note: Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep out of reach of small children. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Simply spray into the shoe and onto the feet, and allow it to work for a short time. Daily use allows the shoe deodorant to develop its full effect.
