Wie kann man Thymianöl anwenden?

Man kann es inhalieren, verdünnt als Einreibung auf Brust und Rücken anwenden oder zur Raumbeduftung einsetzen.

  • Inhalation: Einige Tropfen in heißes Wasser geben und den Dampf einatmen
  • Massage: Mit einem Trägeröl verdünnen und auf Brust oder Rücken auftragen
