Recommended Use

Melatonin Spray: Spray two sprays directly into the mouth approximately 30 minutes before bedtime (2 sprays = 1 mg melatonin).

Magnesium Glycinate: Take 1 capsule 3-4 times daily, unchewed, with sufficient liquid.

Ashwagandha Capsules: Take two capsules daily, unchewed, 30 minutes before or 2 hours after meals with sufficient liquid.
