1) Gradually replenish storage
We recommend about 3 months (90 days) for this – this is already taken into account in our calculator. We strongly advise against short-term mega-doses.
2) Maintain target value afterwards
Your body consumes vitamin D daily – especially in the months with little sun. Therefore, after reaching your target level, a maintenance dose is important.
3) Check after 3 months
After 90 days, you should measure your vitamin D level again. If it is within the target range, the focus is mainly on maintaining it with the appropriate maintenance dose.
