The Casida Vitamin Treatment provides the body with the important vitamins B12, D3 and K2, which fulfill many important functions in the body. Vitamin D is only produced insufficiently by the body during the dark season. It contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth and normal muscle function. It also has a function in cell division, contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus and thus to a normal calcium level in the blood. According to the latest findings, vitamin D should always be taken in combination with vitamin K2 to avoid deposits. Vitamin K – a fat-soluble vitamin that contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones. The MK-7 All-Trans form is the form of vitamin K2 with the best bioavailability and can be optimally absorbed by the body. It is made from natto (fermented soybeans) and is therefore 100% vegan. Important: Vitamin K supplements should not be used by people taking anticoagulant medicines from the vitamin K antagonist group.  Vitamin B12 is poorly stored in the body and should therefore be consumed regularly. Consumption recommendation

Vitamin B12: Take 2 drops daily. 1 drop contains 250 μg vitamin B12. Vitamin D3: Take 1 drop every 5th day with a meal. 1 drop contains 125 μg (5000 IU) vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). This corresponds to 2500% of the recommended daily intake according to the EU Food Information Regulation. Vitamin K2: Take 4 drops daily undiluted. 1 drop contains 20 µg vitamin K2. Recommended daily intake: The German Nutrition Society (DGE) only gives estimates for an “appropriate intake” of vitamin K. For men over 50, this is 80 µg per day. However, a higher dosage can be useful for preventing osteoporosis.
