The Magnesium Oil Vital Spray Sensitive is for external use with just a few pumps directly on skin during or after demanding sport activities. The magnesium oil should keep out reach of children and avoid contact with open wounds, mouth and eye areas..

Tips

The Magnesium Oil Spray Sensitive can be applied on muscles with fatigue with massage. The oil can also be used particularly in sport massage before or after activities to relief tensioned muscles. Especially suitable for massages on back and calves.

Apply daily 5 to 20 pumps of magnesium oil on arms, legs or abdomen
Massage gently and leave the fluid on body 15-20 minutes for absorption
Rinse the applied area afterwards when necessary
