The Magnesium Oil Vital Spray + MSM is for external use such as massages and especially sport massage that brings a high level of relief and energy restoration.
The magnesium oil should keep out reach of children and avoid contact with mouth and eye areas.

The optimal application
Application
Apply 5 to 20 pumps of magnesium oil + MSM on arms, legs or abdomen then massage gently (skincare). Leave the fluid on body 15-20 minutes for absorption and rinse the applied area afterwards when necessary.
