Use of Turmeric

Turmeric has been used in Asia as a spice with a health-promoting effect for thousands of years. Curcumin has a long tradition of supporting digestion. Recent studies provide evidence of anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and analgesic properties. The combination of black pepper will improve the absorption of curcumin.

Recommended use

Take only one capsule daily without chewing with sufficient liquid.
