    2. which essential oils can I use for the room spray?

    If you want to make your own room spray, you should definitely use natural essential oils such as those from Casida. You can tell from the list of ingredients whether they are genuine essential oils (i.e. plant essences) or just synthetic fragrances. Choose the essential oil that is good for you. Different oils have different effects on the body and mind. How many drops of each oil you use depends on how intense you want the room spray to smell. Here are a few ideas:

    • 100 ml spray bottle (glass spray bottles, e.g. available from Aromawelt.de)
    • 70 ml water (preferably distilled)
    • 30 ml alcohol from 40% vol. (e.g. vodka)
    • 5 g baking soda
    • 5 - 10 drops of essential oils of your choice

    4. how can I make a room spray myself?

    Mix the water with the baking soda until it has dissolved. Then add the alcohol and stir everything well. Now drizzle in the essential oil of your choice. Pour everything into an empty spray bottle using a funnel. That's it. Shake the room spray well before each use.

    5 Why a room spray with baking soda?

    Baking soda can neutralize bad odours and has a disinfectant effect. It is therefore an excellent addition to a room spray.

    Tip: The use of a room spray does not replace regular ventilation of the rooms.
