Casida GREEN WEEK - We planted 200 trees
Every year during Black Week in November, many people go bargain hunting online. That's why we launched a discount week where you can save money and do something good at the same time: The Casida GREEN WEEK. We planted a tree in Germany for every order placed during the campaign period 08.11.2021 to 14.11.2021. We chose I plant a tree as the organization that plants and cares for the trees for us.
The GREEN WEEK in the Casida online store was also a great opportunity to save money. And many people did: we received so many orders that we were able to plant 200 oak trees in the southern Harz region - we say THANK YOU for your active participation in the GREEN WEEK.
Why"I plant a tree"?
The non-profit organization from Halle an der Saale has already planted over 400,000 trees in Germany to date. This has enabled them to bind over 25,000 tons of CO2. The "I plant a tree" organization is particularly innovative: anyone - whether a private individual or a company - can easily donate trees in just a few steps. All planting areas are precisely documented and can be viewed online. It is important to support reforestation in Germany with native tree species.
"I plant a tree" focuses on Germany because they can guarantee the protection of the trees here. In addition, there are few administrative costs, no air travel or lengthy approval procedures - simple and direct.
