Lavender oil:

You can also use our ready-made fragrance blend "Sleep well". This calming fragrance calms the thoughts of the day and provides a pleasant sense of security.
2. what do I need to make my own pillow spray?
- 100 ml spray bottle (available from Aromawelt)
- 20 ml neutral alcohol, e.g. vodka or ethyl alcohol (ensures that the oils mix)
- 70 ml distilled water
- 15 drops of essential oils of your choice
- Measuring cup
- Funnel (available from Aromawelt)
For a 50 ml bottle, you can simply use half of the specified values.
3. how do I make the pillow spray?
It's very simple. Pour the distilled water and vodka into the empty spray bottle using the funnel. Then add the essential oil. Now all you have to do is close the spray bottle and shake vigorously. Shake again before each use.
4 How do I apply the spray to the pillow?
This depends on your personal preference and the strength of the mixture you have prepared. Just before you lie down to rest, simply spray the pillow lightly with the spray.
