Recommended use

Take 4 drops undiluted a day. 1 drop contains 20 µg of Vitamin K2.
Recommended daily dosage
The German Nutrition Society (DGE) only gives an estimation of “adequate intake” of vitamin K. It is 80 µg per day for men over 50. However, a higher dosage also makes sense to prevent osteoporosis or cardiovascular disease. We therefore recommend a daily intake of 200 µg of vitamin K2.
Mandatory notice
The product should be taken according to the recommended application specified and the maximum dosage should not be exceeded. Keep out reach of children. Stored in cool, dry place. Food supplement should not be used to replace balanced and diversified diet and healthy lifestyle.

Important note: Vitamin K supplements should not be used by people who take anticoagulant drugs of the group of vitamin K antagonists.
