Room fragrancing with essential oils

With modern room fragrancing, you give naturally pure essential oils or aroma blends with water in an aroma diffuser. There are no limits to your imagination when it comes to combinations of oils. The fragrance molecules are evenly released into the room air with a cold mist using ultrasound technology.
✓ Application: nebulize 3-4 drops of the essential oils in 100 ml of water.

Baths with natural oils

5-10 drops are enough for a body bath! Try lavender oil, orange oil, and frankincense oil as a combo after a stressful day. An emulsifier is required so that the oils combine with the bath water. Epsom salt, magnesium chloride and Dead Sea salt can be used to combine essential oils with the water.
✓ Use: For a foot bath, add 1 tablespoon, for a body bath, 1 cup of salt together with the oils. Bathe for at least 20-30 minutes, run in warm water in between.

Massage oil with essential oils

Combine your all-natural oils with almond oil and/or coconut oil fluid from Casida. You can use it to easily produce unique body oils yourself (great gift idea). These can be used optimally for massages or simply as an individual fragrance mixture in everyday life. Depending on the scent effect, you will develop your own natural pharmacy over time, which you can use, for example, for skin problems, muscle and joint pain, poor concentration or fatigue.
✓ Application: 15-20 drops of essential oil on 100 ml of base oil

Inhalation of essential oils

Some all-natural essential oils can relieve symptoms of a common cold or asthma. Inhalation helps with a blocked nose and deep breathing becomes possible again. These oils can be expectorant and make expectoration easier.
✓ Application: Put 5 drops in a container with hot water and cover with a towel when inhaling (5-10 minutes).
