Recommended use of Nail Oil Repair & Protect

Before the first application, use the disposible nail file (included in package) to remove discoloured or damaged parts of affected nails. Then apply the oil on the nail plate, nail bed and cuticles of affected nails and leave the oil on the nail for a few minutes to absorb. Wipe off the oil with a paper tissue when needed. Use 1-2 times daily.
