People spend about a third of their lives on sleeping, and that is a good thing. Besides air and water, sleep is one of the most important components of our health. Sleep is essential for us and we cannot live without it. Sleeping facilitates the regeneration of our body, the processing of our brain of daily experiences and strengthening of our immune system.
If we sleep too little or not restfully, this can have consequences such as exhaustion, irritability and mood swings. It is all the more important to ensure that you sleep well.
